Otellini says the recession's gonna hurt
INTEL CEO Paul Otellini reckons the recession's gonna be a stinker in the US and A.
Otellni tipped up at the Web 2.0 Summit claiming it was good to get out of the office. "It’s a respite from watching the stock market crash every day," he said.
The recession wil get worse, he warned. “This is the deepest one I’ve seen in my lifetime. All the smart people that I talk to tell us the US is in for a two-to-three quarter recession,” he said. “We’ll see much larger unemployment a year from now.”
As we've seen in these pages, tech firms are axing workers left right and centre. We doubt Otellini's under threat somehow. Not that getting the sack woud send him off to the nearest soup kitchen we suggest.
Otellini says it's best to grin and bear it. “We have to not think about today’s market turbulence but what can happen as we get through this and what kind of products we can develop around the web as we break out of this cycle,” he said.
He said Intel was remaining focused on mobil processors and claimed the firm would soon release a smartphone processor as fast as the original Centrino laptop chip.
And as ever he banged on about opportunities in China. The Chinese, he said, will "start buying a lot of tech stuff and putting cash back into the system.” µ

In my book i'm told to not get involved in taking or giving interest as that will really hurt the poor people and ruin any wealth they had.

Your banks tried to sell mortgages to some poor people that the banks knew will not be able to pay back but the bank was going to get the insurance companies to strip what little the poor had and top-up the rest from the insurance company. Basically the bank wanted to win no matter what and keep all it's profits - the greedy bastards.

Now when every bank did this and lots of people couldn't pay it back they're dying... good!

If only they followed their own bible and were more faithful people they would not have tried this daylight robbery. Ultimately they are paying back, and their stupid economy is going down. Good. Problem is, they are still going to hurt more poor innocent and honest people some more before it all goes better.

No matter how many millions or billions, it's never enough! People say sex and drugs are alike in that they are addictive and can destroy your life if not careful. The same should apply to these greedy people that must chew on bank notes or something.

Why can't we all just live peacefully like god intended and share resources and help eachother like good people with strong faith and moreals.

God tells me in my book that he only created man and jin to worship him alone, like all the prophets did and this world is a temporary one so we should cut down on doing injustice to other people no matter what their colour, race or faith.

And remember Oboma has won, soon to be the most powerful man on Earth. My friends claim obomas a coconut and a puppet of the white man.

Still, i'm told by the creator that no man is greater than another man, to God we're all the same... even though Darwin says he (darwin) fell out of some baboons rear, i don't know about that, maybe darwin did come from a monkey - but not me and i'm sure many others around the World didn't come from the ape.

Anyway there's more bad econimic news to come, i've alread took some measures and spread my cash to several bank brands - not owned by same people.

When God wants to punish these faithless people for their sins i should not have to suffer with them - as He gave me the understanding and brains to save myself, i should make arrangements.

One other thing, if my christian sisters believe in Jesus then they should be free from the original sin meaning that these sisters should not suffer from birth pains... according to your bible...so how comes they still need the pain killers like every other women God created in the world during labour?

Look at the pathetic state of the CPU industry. Intel's fire sale made it so that even though we have record VOLUME growth, REVENUE growth is nearly flat YOY.

Why? Can you say SUPER-POWERFUL DUAL CORES FOR UNDER $200.

Our economy really didn't need - and doesn't look like ti can stand -commoditization of a $200 BILLION DOLLAR INDUSTRY. And all to hurt a competitor?
