Dell bans executive travel to India

Not safe for our precious snowflakes
Friday, 28 November 2008, 08:59

HARDWARE OUTFIT Dell has decided that India is too dangerous for the precious snowflakes who make up its US management team.

Apparently Dell is so concerned about the security of its people following a series of terror attacks in India's financial capital, Mumbai, it has banned travel to India.

Of course Dell considers it is safe for the hundreds of Dell workers who are already in the country and has no plans to ship them all back to the safety of the US. HP is also expected to follow suit.

It seems that Dell is saying that Indians grew up there we guess so they knew what they were letting themselves in for when they incarnated in the country.

Americans on the other hand have a habit of suing companies that send them to warzones. In fact Mumbai has been attacked by terrorists several times. The last major attack occurred in 2006. µ

Heh...

Dell and HP are not the only one. Every other corporation has issued a warning and/or banning of travel arrangements to India already... This is not news man...
