Canadian sues Microsoft for $2 billion

Tin foil hat will be worn in court
Thursday, 13 November 2008, 12:37

A CANADIAN MAN has sued Microsoft, Wal-Mart and a long list of other defendants for $2 billion in damages over allegations that involve mind control, satanic rituals and witchcraft.

On Monday, Justice Fraser Wilson refused to dismiss the "bizarre" civil lawsuit filed by Jerry Rose of Nanaimo, British Columbia, despite arguments from five lawyers representing the defendants who sought to have the case summarily dismissed as outrageous and unfounded.

In addition to Microsoft and Wal-Mart, Rose's suit names as defendants the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, the Canadian telecomm company Telus, the University of British Columbia and the BC College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Rose's two-page legal complaint claims "that he has been subject to invasive brain computer interface technology, research, experiments, field studies and surgery."

Although he admitted that the case was "certainly an unusual one", Justice Wilson said that he had to be convinced that nothing alleged in Rose's complaint could be litigated before he could dismiss it.

Jennifer Millbank, a Canadian lawyer hired by Microsoft to represent it in the case, said that Microsoft has had no direct contact with Rose and his statement of claim gives no details on how or when the defendants may have harmed him. She called the lawsuit "nothing short of bizarre."

Reading from a statement, Rose claimed he's still being subjected to continuing mind-control harassment with "brain-drain technologies" wielded by the RCMP and other tactics meant to stop his legal case from going forward.

Rose said he is asking for $2 billion in damages for an unspecified computer technology he invented that was stolen from him, he alleged. "I'm not a lawyer, but I have proof," he said. ยต

Wal-Mart

What exactly are Wal-Mart doing in this invasive brain..... stuff? I don't remember seeing any departments that represented anything like this!

OoooooooooK

Besides being obviously a total kook he made a mistake. He should have filed his lawsuit in California with all the kook liberal judges we have out there to include the ninth circuit court of appeals who are mostly comprised of kooks too. Well at least he is giving Microsoft and Walmart attorneys a good laugh.

You say ...

mind control, satanic rituals and witchcraft? Sounds like Microsoft allright... even if it's only the tip of the iceberg.

Mind control

On that accusation alone I would trash the suit immediately.
If mind control had indeed been invented, he wouldn't have filed suit - he'd have been "recalibrated" first.

Duh

This is just one more reason the US should have invaded Canada instead of Iraq.

Funny, unless it is true like last time,...

Look up the CIA's MKULTRA program. The CIA used Quebec mental patients as test subjects to artificially produce differential amnesia and schizophrenia. The 24 hour a day programming sessions of drugged patients was very effective at turning ordinary people into assassins supposedly.

Of course when mental patients started talking about this everyone thought they were crazy. Until they sued. The CIA and Canadian military settled out of court,....

Law vs Insanity

The problem is that British Columbia (BC), like the UK, has adopted a "care in the community" approach to mental health care. That means that they closed the mental hospitals and anyone with mental health issues are thrown out onto the street to be taken care of by a vague thing call "the community". It absolves the government of blame, and gives a steady stream of homeless and addicts with which charities and the police can justify their existence.

So either the guy was able to provide a little evidence to allow the case to continue, or the judge is really bored and has a sense of humour. Either way, who knew?

A night out

Satanic rituals and witchcraft are just an average night out when you live in Nanaimo. As far as the brain control thing goes they told me I wasn't allowed to talk about it.

The Full Nanaimo

The Full Nanaimo, which in tribute to a long running mayor of Nanaimo used to mean the full white suit treatment including white belt and shoes, may now take on an entirely different meaning.

finally

At least there's one Canadian who knows what is going on and doing something about it.

I hope Maude Barlow is listening to this.

He is not alone

This totally happened to me too. I distinctly recall an alien ship abducting me and holding me captive in their experimentation bay, where Ronald McDonald and Bill Gates directed a pink unicorn to inject me with nanites suspended in a liquid solution. As soon as the nanites were in, I lost all control of my motor functions. In fact, I'm not even typing this - THEY are!

Right

Capitalism is a brain invasive technology... Where human beings are subjected to witches advertising satanic stuff on media trying to make them greedy, lustful and power hungry... And hence, the whole system is sued...

"despite arguments from five lawyers "

That says it all, he's being paid by the law firms!

The law firms are doing the mind control, it's called "hey dude, things are quiet for us lawyers at present, here's some money for suing our retainer companies"

Mind activation tech exists, it's crude at present, but it's getting there. Thoughts for controlling devices, helpful for handicapped and work etc.

I expect that this tech could be advanced and then reversed and possibly that way mind control could be done? Could it be possible that the same thoughts that control a device, could be reversed so that you "feel" the thought that you want to control the device?

Seriously, the poor guy. I hope that he gets some satisfaction and some peace of mind.

Virgina Bottomley and The Conservative Party are the people responsible for putting mental patients onto the streets in UK. I know a guy who believes that the police have implanted a chip into his brain and that if he misbehaves then they can apply "hurts" to him. I feel a poor taste joke coming on re mega-hurtz etc. But seriously, he's a nice guy just has some issues that should be dealt with. His quality of life would be greatly improved as would his peace of mind.

The truth of the situation of his claim

I am in contact with hundreds of people that victims of the same technology being used on them everyday and we have the political support to back us all the way

POLITICIANS THAT SUPPORT OUR MOTION :

October 10, 2007

Dear Member of the Legislature and Friends:

This letter is to ask for your help for the many constituents in our country who are being affected unjustly by electronic weapons torture and covert harassment groups. Serious privacy rights violations and physical injuries have been caused by the activities of these groups and their use of so-called non-lethal weapons on men, women, and even children.

I am asking you to play a role in helping these victims and also stopping the massive movement in the use of Verichip and RFID technologies in tracking Americans.

Long before Verichip was known we were testing these devices on Americans, many without their knowledge or consent. With the new revelations of the cancer risk besides the privacy and human rights problems with the use of Verichip and RF signals, I am asking for your help in stopping these abuses and aiding those already affected.

Sincerely,
Rep. Jim Guest
