New York cops play Windows solitaire at work

alt='finest' A READER CLAIMED he caught cops working for the New York Police Department (NYPD) playing Solitaire* at work, courtesy of a Windows based system the boys in blue appear to use in the Big Apple.

The NYPD - motto "New York's Finest" -- were on duty rather than dunking doughnuts or having lunch, the reader claims.

Armed with only a camcorder, our intrepid reader first took this shot of the car in question - the cops having left the car to pursue their investigations, he claimed.

He then used the zoom on his camcorder to capture the shot of the Solitaire "game in progress", as you can see below.

* CORRECTION It's actually FreeCell, not Solitaire.
