While the .com overclockers have had their paws on an Albatron PX845PE PRO II 'Silver Shuriken', based on the Intel i845PE Chipset, over here.
VR-Zone has reviewed the Gigabyte 8INXP mobo, based on the E7205 Granite Bay chipset. Dual Power System (DPS) offering 6-phase power for future higher powered processors and other nice board features, they say, that include Gigabit LAN, S-ATA RAID, Dual BIOS, are all on view. What's more, the board helped overclock a P4 3.06GHz HT to over 3.5GHz (155MHz) and P4 2.4BGHz to over 3GHz (168Mhz) air cooled. Coo! It's all here.
Over at HotHardware they've been getting to grips with Granite Bay too. This time it's an Asus implementation on the P4G8X motherboard, with Dual Channel DDR and AGP8X support for the Pentium 4, under the spotlight. Wibble this way.

AMDZone has compared 120GB drives from Seagate and Western Digital. If you want the best performing drive this side of Serial ATA, they reckon, the WD1200JB is your animal. However, if you're looking for cool, quiet speed in your watercooled and overclocked monster of a case, the Barracuda V may be the better fit. Wibble hitherwards.
OCWorkbench fiddles with a slice of Kingston HyperX 3500 KHX3500/512 (1) memory over here.
Over at xtremesystems, MrIcee reckons the new-stepping T-Bred, AIUHB 2600+ turned out to be an extraordinary overclocker. A pair of spods have managed to squeeze the AMD chip up to around 3GHz without blowing themselves up, it seems. Wibble on over here.
While the swaggerers over at Hard O[Cough]P seek to get to the bottom of Overclocking a Radeon 9500 Pro here.
And there's a look at a Promise FastTrak SX4000 Raid Controller on Hardware Review here.
OCA takes a look at the powerful 550w Aluminum Triple Fan w/ LED PSU over here.
And Dan's been a faffing about with a Luxeon Star LED caselight. All the brightness of an array of ten or more regular 5mm LEDs in one easy-to-solder unit, he says over here.
