The daisy's for simplicity and unaffected air - Robert Burns
A US outfit has been marketing its brand of food blenders by releasing a series of adverts where an Iphone is stuck in a blender.
Howls of protest have gone up across the US as Apple fan boys saw one of the sacred items of their faith in his holiness St Steve of Cappuccino rent asunder by Blendtec's Total Blend product.
A tearful reader told us that it was just as insulting to his faith as it must have been for fellow Christians to see their congregations eaten by lions or tortured in the coliseums.
"Despite the fact that these machines are now spurned by Steve and have been cast from his sight in favour of the G that is 3, many of us see them as an evolution towards the perfection that is the new Iphone," the reader spake.
Total Blend have been running a few ads where their machines dice up unopened cans of beans to Nintendo Wii remotes and even a copy of videogame nasty Grand Theft Auto IV.
The ads are really old fashioned and say things like "Tom uses his new iPhone 3G to stay organised… Watch what happens when he tries to blend his old Iphone. " µ

This is oooold! They blitzed the original phone shortly after it came out, all they've done is changed the caption to google grab people typing "iphone 3g".

I would say check the guys clothing for signs of 2006, but we all know technicians don't dress past 1970.
ten out of five nerdling marks, an exceptional article!!! XD
This one's been about for ages. I guess Nick's getting desparate to find something anti-Apple to write about.
I am not an Apple fanboi but this is a crime, Tom is an idiot. How can you blend an electronic device (Apple, XBOX etc?????) Do you know that in my country it costs almost a monthly salary?? People die out of poverty and you destroy expensive devices?? Lock him up!!!
Will It Blend? is a great site when you just need some mindless mayhem.

Remember there are no live animals used at Will It Blend. Batteries and magents yes, but not animals.
The comment title says it all.
