According to Engadget, a family in Chicago bought a Zune from the local Walmart for their 12 year-old daughter.
The girl noticed that the box looked like it had been opened as the charger was missing but when she switched it on she found a hard-core movie.
Understandably miffed, the family took the Zune back to Walmart where the manager blamed Microsoft for the pre-load.
They got their money back and a $25 gift card for their trouble. It is likely that the Zune was a recycled product and Walmart had failed to check it before putting it on the shelves.
