Electricity company offers unlimited broadband shock

Juice the job
Tuesday, 21 October 2003, 16:44
alt='cheet' SOUTHERN ELECTRIC here in Blighty launched its broadband over the mains service today.

For thirty squid, claims SE, you can have broadband 20 times faster than dial up, symmetrical downloading and uploading, an always on system with no phone line, unlimited email addresses for your family, cats, and even your garden slugs if you want and unlimited web space.

That is all terribly shocking. How will BT react, we wonder?

Ouch
