The X1650Pro IceQ edition card is apparently able to do all this because it has a 512 memory buffer and better cooling. The card has a 512-128bit 4 channel GDDR3 memory and can manage 1.4GHz in iTurbo mode.
The cooling bit of the card on paper can create a temperature decrease of at least 11°C.
The outfit claims the card can handle the latest games, high definition digital video, and Windows Vista, if it ever shows. No word on price either for the new card, but it should be in the shops soon. µ
