T-Mobile outs itself as German Iphone supplier

At least, a promotional page for the mobile phone appeared briefly on T-Mobile's German pages here yesterday.

The page was spotted, but quickly downed to remove all traces of the device. The purge attempt failed, however, as a remnant was spotted by German site Focus Online, and preserved for posterity here.

T-Mobile won't comment on the affair, but either it knows it will soon be offering the Iphone in Germany or someone's been counting his chickens while they're still curled up snugly in their eggs.
