Apple releases more Open Sauce goodies

ENTERTAINMENT gear maker Apple has released four new coding projects under an Open Source licence.

Apple's Open Source product manager Ernest Prabhakar said that the outfit will release its Intel Kernel Sources, a new Mac OS Forge, an Open Source Calendaring Server and Apache-Licensed Bonjour and Launchd sources.

He said that Apple was more excited than ever about the power of Open Source development to create value for its products and customers.
