Bill Gates sets up new company

Think tank
Thu Oct 23 2008, 12:58

A BLOKE CALLED Bill Gates appears to be setting up a new company.

The freshly trademarked bgC3 has been described as a think tank. Its web site is spookily quiet.

Federal documents reportedly describe the firm as being involved in " technological services" and "design and development of computer hardware and software".

A bogger talked to a Volish sauce who told him the venture was non commercial.

Rµmours that the company is a front for an open sauce kernel that Billy boy was developing whenever Steve was out of the office, and which is "better than Linus's," appear unfounded. µ

Same old same old

Of course it's quiet - he's no doubt waiting to buy someone/something innovative and then launch with all the usual hype. To be honest I enjoyed his shoe commercials more - d'you think it could be an online shoe shop?

So, Bill, starting another monopoly ?

The endless grind of pseudo-humanitarian gigs starting to get at you, Bill ?
Yearning for the touch of the CEO's desk again ?
And expanding your horizons - not only software, this time, but hardware as well. Congratulations.
Yet I fell trouble on the horizon.

Some lair...

I bet he'll post high benchmarks.
He's an overclocking fiend, who's seemingly hell-bent on finding evidence of UFOs, antigravity technology, the US government's suppression of "Free Energy", whatever is patently obvious, Official Secrets, black magic, pixie dust, a "fact", a "theory" and a "model". Whatever the skunk works, he's sure to continue to disrupt at the highest levels. I wish him well.

It is running ISS

@TravisO:
That's Go Daddy's standard error page.

Netcraft's report on the site confirms this:
