Infinium sues HardOCP in federal Florida court

SHACK NEWS reports that Infinium has filed suit against overclocking web site HardOCP in a federal Florida court.

Earlier, and as reported in the INQ, HardOCP attempted to pre-emptively file in Texas to push for a quick settlement in the case.

According to Shack News, Infinium responded to that by a move to dismiss that petition.
