Dell confirms Ubuntu Linux PC prices

OVER AT DELL'S bog the firm said it will start selling three different types of PCs using Ubuntu 7.04 - two desktops and an Inspiron notebook.

The E520 desktop and the E1505n notebook will cost $599 and $899 resectively. The machines go on sale later today. The firm is describing itself as Dell 2.0. This is slightly worrying.
