MICROSOFT sent out a missive advising everyone who downloaded the Office 2007 beta to get the 2007 Microsoft Office system Beta 2 Technical Refresh.

As Microsoft has super-fast servers and our broadband can handle the big downloads we went on to get this new update.

But imagine our surprise when we discovered that the update is bigger than the original Office 2007 beta that we downloaded a few weeks ago.

The update is 494.7 MB download big and it looks like it will change many things. The previous Office 2007 beta was around 400MB download and this time only the update is bigger than the real thing.

You can grab it here.
