IT IS PERHAPS no surprise that the biggest security risk in any company is the people themselves. And if you are providing a service to the end user, be prepared for the unexpected.

To uillustrate this, Chris Pirillo discovered that if you go to Google's online Calendar and search for Public documents, you will be greeted with hundreds of unprotected documents that contain the login and password information for a large number of Google registered users.

We have checked some documents and we have to say that some are really bad, containing login and password information not just for Google, but for different e-mail accounts, corporate logins and similar details.

This internet thing is a horrible idea, some might say. We would only say: please be wsie enough to protect yourself by doing one massively security-unimportant thing - do not put your sensitive data in a public folder. µ
