Celebrities spotted at E3

Sweeney didn't cast a shadow

THERE WERE CELEBS galore at the recent E3 show - most there for an hour or two, pinned behind a desk, signing autographs. Every stand had a guest of honour, and you could not get near them. Other places had cool people sitting around.

alt='celeb14' One of the names you might recognize is Andrew 'bunnie' Huang, made famous by his crack of the XBox. He was in the VIA booth showing off his new toy, the handheld Eve console. In case you are wondering, he is indeed, quite happy.

This guy below is Stan Lee, if you don't know who that is, go read more comic books.

The Nvidia party brought out Tommy Tallarico. If you are saying 'who?', you may not know him, but you do know his work. He does game sound, did a lot of the biggest games out there, and was influential in the organisation of game audio professionals.

Last was Tim Sweeney of Epic. I chatted with him outside the most impressive tech demo at E3, you know the one he wrote, but I don't have a picture. None of them came out. Strangely, he didn't cast a reflection in any mirrors or shiny surfaces, and utterly refused to step out into the daylight even for food. He cited 'appointments' and 'duties' at the show. I wonder what this all means? ยต
