AMD channels game initiative

INQ not invited, naturally
Thu May 15 2008, 13:18

CHIMPZILLA held a bash at its fab in Dresden yesterday but didn't invite the INQ.

Still, when you've got a Fab standing idle it makes sense to use it for press conferences and we'd only contaminate the place with our filthy communist ways.

The ailing chipster launched a gaming marketing initiative with exclamation marks all over the place, but as we have an editorial policy forbidding the use of daft capitalisations and gratuitous punctuation, you'll just have to guess where they go.

AMD Game is aimed at distributors and retailers and will include software carrying Game Ready branding. It will enable the channel to put lots of stickers on their boxes and will be rolled out next week in North America. ยต
