The second quarter of 2005, looks like

WE SAID RECENTLY THAT mighty Creative Labs won't do Dolby Digital Live card but it Terratec is definitely up for it.

Very well informed sources tell us that Terratec is working on such a card. It will introduce it sometime in the second quarter of 2005.

We strongly believe that we will be able to see this card at CeBIT 2005. We don't have any additional details but a Dolby Digital live card from Terratec sounds like a good start.

At least one of the big players will go for Dolby Digital Live and will finally offer a good card that will let you connect your very expensive tuners and surround speaker sets and get 5.1 on your expensive home speakers.

You just have to sleep this winter out before you'll be able to buy one. ZzzzZzzzz. µ
