The Taiwanese news site suggests that Tulsa share of the Intel four-way pie will go from 60 percent for Q4 2006 to 85 per cent in Q1 2007 and 95 per cent in Q2.
Note well that this only a forecast for *Intel* market share rather than the server sector as a whole. The Tulsa gains will come at the expense of end-of-life orders for Cranford and Potomac and the fading of Paxville, says Digitimes.
BTW, if some geek out there would like to do the maths on how long before Intel runs out of rivers, mountains, villages etcetera to tap for codenames, drop me a line. Double points if you can mash up Google Maps to plot a line to discover the next generation of names. Triple points and cash on the nail if you can mine the decrypted data to discover the whereabouts of Lord Lucan and Shergar. µ
