BATTLES HAVE been boring in technology because IP kills and eats every technology. TCP/IP will continue to win, said Pat Gelsinger.

TV will be laid on top of TCP/IP, said Gelsinger. TCP/IP is pushing the market forward. ATCA cards are coming our way said Gelsinger, in one of his fashion show modes that he loves so much. Lots of sort of gay men showed off motherboards with Xeons and stuff.Blades or what.

Jim was resplendent with a stunning beauty of a blade, said Gelsinger.

There was one girl.

Intel is delivering Damascus based on the Sossaman, Thermopolis, Barnigan and other stuff. These are based on Intel technology. Storage is worth 60 billion dollars now, he said. IT managers are under pressure with 80 per cent of the budget being delivering existing services. alt='bearded'Intel claims VT in hardware will allow machines to become more robust. It started shipping VT hardware last year, Gelsinger said he was shocked to see so many companies adopting virtualisation.

Intel will deliver 90 million VT CPUs this year. But it is just the beginning, he claimed. Intel VT for Directed IO will apply to subsystems in machines. The specs are released today, he said. Intel has struck a major deal with VM Ware, he said. He did not talk much about the Itanium apart from to say that the tech was scaleable and produced large revenues for Intel. ยต
