THERE'S A NEW Linux patch on the loose with a few minor fixes and changes from the -rc7, according to the Linux mailing list.

There have been a few architecture changes and a bunch of defconfig updates. A few driver fixes too, says Linus Torvalds, meaning new PCI IDs as well as some IDE, ATA and networking fixes.

The linux changelog got uploaded too, though we hear on the grapevine (or, more accurately, lwn.net) that Mr. Torvalds is pondering the relevance of these logs and is considering flushing them from the next update.

Here's the email in full. µ
