Starship Troopers release pushed back

STARSHIP TROOPERS was a helluva movie for those of you out there dreaming of exterminating armies of bugs, and whilst it has made one move into the videogaming arena before, it made a less than spectacular splash.

Now, however, Empire Interactive is bringing the war back home with an extremely lovely looking shooter which we're now expecting to see on or around October 26th of this year, the game having been quietly pushed back from what was previously expected to be a September 23rd release.

The good news to go with this dull is however that we should be seeing a playable demo of the game on September 1st. For more see the official website.
