Intergrerty -- we've never heard of it - Doc Spinola of that ilk
A BLOKE who became famous on the interweb after he accidently posted a shirtless self-portrait onto the Internet using a stolen computer has turned the machine over to police in Victoria.
The tattooed man's picture was viewed hundreds of thousands of times around the world.
He walked into the Victoria police station with the stolen machine and gave himself up.
The man had contacted a local television station telling the hacks he did not know the computer was stolen and that he had bought it from a friend who had bought it from someone else.
Coppers said that the man was "known to police" and was helping them with their inquiries. It is always nice to have a bit of help from someone you know.
The man's lawyer apparently saw the shirtless picture in a newspaper Tuesday and alerted his client.
The Apple Imac with a built-in webcam was stolen in Vancouver and since the break-in the managers of the company, Workspace, which was the laptop's home took images from the building's security camera and posted them to the Internet.
Workspace had installed software that would automatically upload any photos taken by the computer's built-in camera to Flickr.com as a sort of online guestbook. However the tattooed man was snapped and, er, posted.
