A SURVEY by the World Economic Forum claims that Denmark is the best place in the world for IT and communications technology.

The group releases a survey every year and this is the second time in a row that Denmark has been the pick of the bunch.

The WEF mulled over the business and regulatory environments in the countries, the readiness of individuals, businesses and government to exploit opportunities and divided the number by its shoe size to work out who was the winner.

The United States was ranked fourth and Singapore fifth, with South Korea getting to number nine from 19 last year, displacing Blighty.

People in the know pointed to the freeing up of internet economics in the top countries as being a key factor in their success. µ

Shorely they're biased

against English, because The INQ Haks communicatively beats them all, and that is the way the biscuits crumble. English is superiour regardless if they dane not to speak it! It is somewhere beneath the tip of my colloquial tongue.
