Intel says it will fight MicroUnity tooth and nail

Wasn't expecting a law suit to tip up

SOURCES AT INTEL said it was caught by surprise by litigation launched by MicroUnity recently.

The two firms were in discussions and the sources said that there was no indication that litigation was imminent.

But Intel has now reviewed the allegations, which it considers are without any merit at all, and will defend itself vigorously. µ
