Sisoft Sandra 2004 includes Athlon 64 module

Sandra itself claims that it has the first high end IA64 and AMD64 benchmarks, and it's also included the software to benchmark Pocket PC 2002, Windows Mobile 2003 and a heap of other stuff.

There's already some discussion about the software over at the AMD Zone forums, while the main site, which you can find here, also notes that AMD has released Athlon 64 power and thermal datasheets. µ
