Vista service pack release candidate out and about

THERE'S A VISTA update out and about and naturally it'll improve you driving experience with what must shurely be the world's most advanced operating system.

According to a Volish bogger, the update is categorised as a "preview release" and may be subject to change before it is released via Windows Update" - expected January he said.

Apparently this preview release is "geared toward improving reliability and performance in Windows Vista" .

"We highly encourage you to install it," says the bogging Vole.

All three of you, that is.

Vista service pack release candidate out and about

I downloaded SP1 RC and I must say I noticed a huge performance increase on my Dell Latitude D820.&#xD;
&#xD;
Its struggled a bit in the past with only 1gb of Memory but there are noticable performance inscreases with boot up, shutdown, copy files etc. Even IE seems to load pages faster.&#xD;
&#xD;
I've used Vista since day 1 and I can't really see why people hate it so much. With SP1 RC its just got a whole lot better.

wait till service pack 3

Leave it to micro$oft to tell you for months how much you need upgrade....sell you a broken product (at full price)......then try to fix it afterwards
