Microsoft patch borks scrolling on IE 6

Oh cheers, Vole

WE DIDN'T want to write this story until we'd verified it for ourselves.

But old Microsoft appears to have borked the scrolling with its Q824145/K824145 "update", which is beginning to destroy a version of IE we've got here.

We're experiencing somewhat of a double scrolling problem here on our machines.

The "update" was a "critical update".

We don't know whether Microsoft has got anything like a sense of urgency about this double scrolling problem yet, but we suggest it does fast, while we gently "unfix" the "critical" patch that causes the problem.

It's peskily annoying...

More on this here, now. µ
