Laptop guts spilled

IF YOU REMEMBER the pics we showed you of Griffin a while back, and the CPU is nice, but what about the platform itself?

In case you are curious, it looks like this.

What you are seeing is the reference design for Puma notebooks, Griffin, RX780/SB600, HT3.0 and PowerXpress. You can see some interesting bits like PCIe slots, status LEDs on the left, and all the usual laptop goodies. If it is running now, things are looking up for a timely release. ยต
