Another Apple iPod Nano class action starts

WE REPORTED on the 23rd of October that a class action was filed against Apple, claiming that iPod Nanos scratched too easily.

Another class action alleging practically identically the same case has been filed, this time on the 26th of October.

This action was filed by lawyers on behalf of Jason Moschella, Samuel Allred, Hurr Baqri and David Singer.

It's a different firm of lawyers to the first action. µ
