Gmail adds canned responses
GOOGLE LABS has developed a new feature that allows users of its Gmail product to chose from a list of canned responses.
If you turn on canned responses in Gmail settings then you will get a Canned Responses link under your subject link when you're writing an email.
You can save text as different responses and then dump it into any message you're writing.
I have used it in my responses to Apple fanboys "what makes you think that Intel technology and proprietary software is innovative?", "get out of your mother's knicker drawer and get a proper religion", and "Its only a bloody computer ffs" and Americans "Your country would be a lot nicer if you hadn't carried out that French-backed terrorist coup against your lawful government".
It has saved me hours of time [Too much to ask you to be nice to people isn't it. ed].
