Big Blue debuts server software

Channel New integration and workflow products

IBM HAS boosted its stake in the server software market with the launch of new integration and workflow products.

It is to introduce two integration servers, WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus and WebSphere Process Server. IBM says the software takes data from different sources, helping to streamline business processes.

It is also planning to introduce a development tool, called WebSphere Integration Developer, for writing programs that move data between systems. And IBM's Global Services division now offers professional services for those developing software that fits a service-oriented architecture, a design approach that relies on standards-based integration tools. µ
