Lexmark publishes government price list on Web

Saskatchewan - "Your Future is Wide Open"

WORRIED YOU'RE PAYING too much when you're buying printers for your large corporation or organisation?

Worry no more.

Lexmark, those people who think crap is a swearword and which just won't tolerate pussy, even if it's Schrodinger's Cat, have discovered a new concept in customer service.

Publish your corporate prices on the Interweb.

The helpful sales force at Lexmark has decided to allow you to compare the price you think you have to pay against what the Saskatchewan Government pays.

The Saskatchewan Government's motto is "Our Future is Wide Open", and Lexmark has obviously taken this to heart.

This is obviously a great boon if you discover you're paying more than Saskatchewan in other Canadian provinces.

It will also help you if you work for Hewlett Packard and want to undercut Lexmark prices. If you're a consumer you will probably be interested to see what Saskatchewan is paying for memory and hard drive options too.

What a nice company Lexmark is!

* IN OTHER Lexmark news, Computerworld reports here that a US programme giving discounts to people returning its cartridges is perfectly above board. In the USA.
