Phantom threatens to legal HardOCP

HARDOCP has received two letters from lawyers representing Infinium over a story it wrote about the company's so called Phantom console.

But Kyle Bennett, editor in chief of the hardware site, has told the pleaders to get on their bikes.

He says that he's asked m'learned fiends to provide evidence that contradicts his story, first published in September last year.

In the meantime, he stands by his story, and describes the attempts to shaddupa his face as legal badgering and frivolous lawsuits.
