Stacks of AMD Intel subpoenas still pending

Including McKinsey, JEDEC etc

THE COURT presiding over the antitrust case of Chimpzilla versus Chipzilla is still waiting for a long long list of subpoenas to be filled.

While some of these are duplicates, as the letter explains to Special Master the Honourable Vincent J. Poppiti, there's still over 50.

These include candidates such as McKinsey & Co, Chartered Semi, UMC and memory committee JEDEC, as well as the usual suspects.
