More ATI pics

THE FOLLOWING IMAGES are from ATI's press pack - and formed part of the demo of the 9700 we saw yesterday evening.

The purpose of this demo was to show that the Radeon 9700 was capable of reflecting light and representing different transparencies of objects.

This demo has been around for a while - see this page. (Thanks to reader LB for the link).

Another demo which was intended to suggest that images are painted using the R9700 in a similar way to real-life painting of cars.

Even the jaded cynical assembly of Brithacks liked this animation, rendered, ATI claimed, in real time.
