Outrageous ATI gets Nvidia attendees to 'alleviate boredom'

Make love not war

NVIDIA HELD a tech day in Amsterdam this week, invited lots of important system builders and board partners to hear about its thoughts on the year ahead. Nvidia's new slogan is that 'An Nvidia graphics processor in your PC makes everything better', which inspires visions of teddy bears and Calpol to the INQ.

It seems that some ATI chaps got wind of the shindig and decided to offer attendees at the conference some alternate entertainment.

A PDF containing a game of 'BS Bingo' landed in the inbox of many of these attendees from an anonymous sauce. The game quotes lots of INQUIRER articles, as well as an outrageous quotation from yours truly, who takes some pride in being the only writer named personally. Hear certain Nvidia phrases, 'tick' them off then text an ATI representative and win prizes.

The Bingo is undoubtedly hilarious, and we applaud the guys for having the wit and audacity to come up with a work of such genius. But come on chaps, why can't everyone just play nicely? As always, the quotes are a little one-dimensionally simplistic, and our eyes are blinded by the FUD. µ
