Beckham steamy txts land soccer star in hot water

A BIZARRE by-product of British celebrity soccer star David Beckham's alleged infidelity is the possibility that he'll be dropped by Vodafone.

Beckham is currently the figurehead for the British-based phone operator's Live! online portal.

However, the British tabloids have been full of smutty text messages which Beckham had supposedly exchanged with a 26 year old PR lady, Rebecca Loos.

The texts were pretty graphic and the whisper is that this activity might tarnish the image of text messaging in the eyes of the phone operator, so Vodafone may quietly shelve the star.
