Highest paid CEO in cosmos

APPLE'S spiritual and temporal leader Steve Jobs was the highest paid CEO in the IT industry last year, according to Forbes magazine.

Even though Jobs was paid a nominal one-dollar salary, Job's stock option plan earned him $646 million.

Of course these days it is not a good idea to say the word stock option to Steve, but it did earn him a fair bit.

Terry Semel, of Yahoo, was rated fifth with £174,202 and Michael Dell,of Dell, were the next biggest earners in the IT industry with a yearly package of more than $153 million.
