Hector Ruiz wants to train kids to play American rugby

But should be more like Steve Ballmer
Friday, 14 September 2007, 12:22
MAN OF MYSTERY Hector Ruiz, the CEO of AMD, wants to teach kids at college how to play American rugby.

That was the surprising news brought to us by Hardware Geeks at the launch of Barcelona in the USA.

But the chap who interviewed him thinks that Hector should have more of the Steve Ballmer in him. Hector Ruiz is softly spoken.

We've met both Steve Ballmer and Hector Ruiz, and we'd prefer to have a one to one with the latter. Steve's voice is so loud that you can stand 30 feet away from him and still feel the vibrations shaking your frame. µ
