A DUTCH FIRM said it seized a batch of Sandisk MP3 players from a booth at an exhibition, armed with a warrant.

Sisvel claims that Sandisk infringes its patents and was supported by a search warrant issued by a Berlin district court.

Now the puzzle here is that all this happened on the 1st of September, but Sisvel issued a press release about it today.

Sisvel is currently taking legal action against Sandisk in the US, the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom. µ
