Opteron 850 SPEC scores on the loose

WE NOTICE from AMD Zone that AMD has filed its SPEC scores, here. We've also been sent word about the Opteron 250 SPECfp scores on AMD's own website. The boost between the 246 to the 248 is less than between the 248 to the 250. Does this mean AMD is using the new CG stepping, one of our readers wonders.
