THERE has been a lot of talk about blowing batteries and the notebook guys weren't super happy about it. One British company Rock, has decided to tell the world its stuff is as safe as houses.

Rock confirmed that none of its notebooks over the past two years have included Sony battery cells. This of course doesn't mean that Sony battery cells are bad. I just checked my Alienware battery pack is made by Panasonic so all Sentia 12 inch users are fine as well.

The Rock claims that it rigorously tested the batteries and the machines before shipping them to the customers. The CEO Nick Boardman said that its vital that its customers feel confident in the brand they are investing in. he thought that its important to tell the people that the rock batteries are safe and he did it, we think it's the right thing to do. ยต
