IBM pays $740 million for MRO

BIG BLUE bought MRO Software, a Massachussets firm, in a deal worth about $740 million. Earlier this week it picked up an Austin Texas firm Webify.

MRO offers consultancy and asset management skills to large corporations and federal agencies. µ
