First black spots appear in AMD-Intel case

EXCITING BITS of the antitrust case AMD launched on Intel last year have been blanked out, or redacted as the case continues to, er, continue.

That has emerged as AMD continues to push for the "special master" in the case to discover foreign evidence, a move which Chipzilla is fighting with all of its might.

The bits that are marked "redacted" are "filed under seal" because, according to AMD spin doctors, they contain information that falls under a protective order.

So let us tell you exactly what we think about this. Firstly, AMD is completely and obviously

and if people think that, then the law is an ass. And as for Intel well let us tell you about the time

Quite plainly, that was both completely wrong and misguided in both theory and practice.
