Kid hospitalised after Dell Inspiron "explodes"

A REPORT ON IAFRICA on Friday said that a battery pack on a Dell Inspiron exploded last week, injuring a teenager who is now being treated for second degree burns.

The report said that the girl, Nikita Sooklal, had switched on the machine and was surfing the website when her parents head a loud bang while their daughter started screaming.

The wire said the battery pack appeared to have exploded, and the machine is now being tested by the local police. µ
