INTEL PRESIDENT and CEO Paul Otellini is scheduled to deliver a keynote speech at Oracle Open World today.
Otellini, who was vacationing during the recent IDF extravaganza, will reportedly discuss how his company is "driving the pace of Moore's Law to deliver innovative solutions that will enable enterprises to use time to their advantage".
The rather mundane topic will surely pale in comparison to the wandering musings of Olympic Champion Michael Phelps, who described his exciting daily routine of sleeping, swimming and eating to an enthusiastic crowd in Moscone Center.
Otellini may also find it difficult to outperform Oracle President Charles Phillips, who glowingly described his company's profit increase and a rather successful spate of acquisitions.
However, Intel did its best to prepare conference attendees for the big speech by showing off multiple geeky gadgets and a rather slick WiMAX enabled vehicle.
Nice toys, but it seems like IDF deja vu to us. µ
Unless the speech is about global warming, I pretty sure you mean anti-climactic (not climatic).
