Playstation 3 gets controller make over

SONY is to kill off its boomerang shaped games controller when it releases the new PS3.

According to Engadget, here, the shape is being tossed and will not come back.

Sony's president of the Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios division Phil Harrison said that the design was being scrapped mostly because the original design was being crucified by the PS3's own fan base.

Sony also has to outdesign gaming blog readers who have been turning out nice looking possibilities to whet everyone's appetite. µ
