Thames Whale watering can tips up on ebay

A TOOL used to lubricate London's most famous recently-extinct mammal is up on ebay.

The watering can pictured being used to wet up the publicity-seeking adventurer has amassed over £9000 in bids - and rising.

Profits from the auction will be donated to the British Divers Marine Life Rescue, the outfit that unsuccessfully tried to shift the sticken bottlenosed youngster to more clement waters.
